Topical application of Magnesium can assist in the reduction of symptoms such as, headaches, neck/back pain, muscle spasms/pain/aching, restless legs, general aching, muscle soreness from exercise, etc.
WHOLISTIC ABUNDANCE Organic Magnesium Oil contains Magnesium Chloride which is sourced from the Tibetan Plateau, located 3250m above sea level, resulting in a Magnesium Chloride that is free of impurities (200mg per 1Gram). This is then combined with deionised water to produce the Wholistic Abundance Magnesium Oil spray. As such, this product contains no fillers or hidden nasties.
Lightly spray the area concerned with the oil. This formula will absorb fast and no oily residue is left behind (unlike most other formulas on the market). Avoid applying this oil to sensitive areas (such as the eyes).
This product can be used in conjunction with WHOLISTIC ABUNDANCE' Organic Magnesium Cream, providing a more potent combination of relief. The oil will facilitate the absorption of the cream. Lightly spray the oil on the area concerned and then apply a small amount of the cream. As these products are Organic, less of each is used compared to other products on the market.
